I found this dentist on Angie’s List. The dentist was available, punctual, and professional. The office itself was very nice but I didn’t like the walk going up to the third floor. The dentist had a great bedside manner. She didn’t talk my head off but she did keep me informed about what was going on.

Dr. Woolery’s demeanor sets one to ease. She is very sensitive to any discomfort and is an expert at minimizing pain.

Dr. Woolery is kind, professional and does a wonderful job.

Had a cavity, Dr. Woolery filled it but did think I might need a root canal. She did everything she could to make it work with a filling. I did end up having the root canal so she didn’t charge me for the filling. When my tooth started giving me problems she got me right in and set up an appt. with an endodontist. All went well and I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Second visit as a patient. I moved to this community and sought recommendations, she is very thorough, capable and patient.

Office staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of good and varied magazines, national geographic magazines, Lego set and childrens books in the comfortable waiting room. The dental assistant is friendly and efficient. Jennifer uses a gentle touch as she thoroughly cleans your teeth and examines your teeth, gums, and mouth. She is very in tune to, and accommodating, in alleviating fears that children and adults may experience when undergoing dental care. She is young enough to have completed her dental training within the past 5-10 years and yet have enough years practicing her dental profession to be a seasoned professional. Jennifer has a thorough and deep understanding of the technical aspect of dentistry and will explain what she is doing or recommending, and why, to whatever detail level the patient desires. My family has been getting our dental care from this office for decades, first excellent service from Scott Erickson for many years, then from his predecessor Jennifer Woolery for the past several years. We could not be happier with the caring dental service that Jennifer and her staff provides to our family.
